In 2021, I heard about the annual 'UK Song Writing Contest' and visited their website for more information. The outcome was that I decided to enter two of my songs into that year's competition, under two different categories - both entries reached the semi-finals which encouraged me to try again in 2022.

In 2023, I decided to create a specific page on this website to enable site visitors to access the songs (via audio playback), to provide ongoing information on their progress each year and to have a record of past entries and their success or otherwise.
